Hazardous Materials Surveys

Hazardous Building Materials Surveys (Hazmats) are undertaken to identify potential hazardous materials within site structures, to protect the health of workers, building occupants or the environment. They consist of a visual inspection, collection of representative samples of building materials, and/or field testing to identify any hazardous materials present.
