Hazardous Materials Surveys (HAZMAT)
Hazardous Building Materials Surveys (Hazmats) are undertaken to identify potential hazardous materials within site structures, to protect the health of workers, building occupants or the environment. They consist of a visual inspection, collection of representative samples of building materials, and/or field testing to identify any hazardous materials present.

Send a licenced hygienist to your site who understands all the regulatory/compliance requirements
Communicate with you to ensure work is completed within time and logistical constraints
Ensure inspections are completed safely & within site specific requirements
Use NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities) accredited labs to test collected samples
Provide you with a detailed report on what hazardous materials are present and what needs to be removed as part of demolition activities or renovation
